Behind the Brand
Lazy Dog Design Co. was born out of both necessity and intention. As our world seems to move faster and faster, I have seen a growing gap between small business owners and the digital world. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to relearn skills and stay on top of online trends to ensure your business isn't missing opportunities to capture a new audience or stay relevant in a competitive, changing local market. Marketing should feel transparent, adaptable, and reasonably priced. The digital world changes constantly, and I believe in evolving with it while staying honest about what works, what does not, and what is worth your investment.
After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida in 2023, I entered the digital marketing field and spent the past few years at an agency developing experience in strategy, content creation, web design, SEO, paid advertising, and client growth. As I continue to refine my long-term career goals, I have transitioned into a part-time role to focus more intentionally on building my own digital marketing business and supporting Fantasy Flair by Er Fairy Hair as a creative and operational partner. My goal is to continue growing as a marketing professional while using my experience to help small businesses strengthen their presence, achieve independence, and scale sustainably.
The name Lazy Dog Design Co. comes from my real-life pack of furry coworkers, particularly Zeus. They are either running and howling through the yard like they have endless energy or being completely lazy at my feet while I work. Somehow, Zeus seems to require five bowls of dog food a day to keep up with his nonstop adventures. Building this business allows me to support small businesses like yours while also keeping up with his very serious eating schedule.
At its core, this company is about growth. I am building something intentional, honest, and community-driven, and I would love the opportunity to help your business grow right alongside mine.
