Lazy Dog Design Co. was born out of both necessity and intention.

After earning my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida in 2023, I stepped into the digital marketing world and spent the last few years working at an agency, learning strategy, content creation, web design, SEO, paid ads, and client growth. When company budget cuts recently reduced my role to part-time, I chose to see it as an opportunity instead of a setback. It became the push I needed to invest in myself and build something of my own.

I am deeply passionate about helping small businesses grow in a way that feels sustainable and realistic. In our community especially, many businesses are run by parents, kids, spouses, and close friends working side by side. Marketing should feel transparent, adaptable, and reasonably priced. The digital world changes constantly, and I believe in evolving with it while staying honest about what works, what does not, and what is worth your investment.

Many people know me as the unofficial marketing department behind Fantasy Flair by Er, or as my mom affectionately calls me, her unpaid intern. Supporting her fairy hair business and watching it grow has shown me firsthand how powerful, thoughtful, and consistent marketing can be for a family-run brand.

The name Lazy Dog Design Co. comes from my real-life pack of furry coworkers, especially Zeus. They are either running and howling through the yard like they have endless energy or being completely lazy at my feet while I work. Somehow, Zeus still requires five bowls of dog food a day to keep up with his nonstop adventures. Building this business allows me to support small businesses like yours while also keeping up with his very serious eating schedule.

At its core, this company is about growth. I am building something intentional, honest, and community-driven, and I would love the opportunity to help your business grow right alongside mine.
